LIPOELASTIC sheet is a transparent self-adhesive silicone patch designed to heal scar tissue and prevent the risk of keloid and hypertrophic scars. The patch minimises the movement of the skin and helps maintain the skin's natural moisture, which keeps the scar hydrated and improves regeneration.

You can use LIPOELASTIC sheets for the treatment of both old and new scars and other skin damage. Using the silicone patch on a healed wound no earlier than three days after removing the stitches is necessary for the new scars. LIPOELASTIC sheets are washable and can be used repeatedly.

Application

Ensure a space of at least 7mm is kept on each side between the scar and the edge of the patch to ensure proper coverage.

If necessary, secure the silicone patch with another hypoallergenic patch.

• The optimal wear of the patch is 24 hours a day.
• The minimum time for wearing the patch is 8-12 hours a day.

How long should I use silicone patches?

• The recommended duration of treatment is at least one month.
• Your surgeon should determine and control the total duration of treatment of the scar with a silicone patch.

How to care for a silicone patch?

• After each application, wash the patch with warm water and mild soap and let it dry naturally.
• With proper care, you can extend the life of the patch by 2 to 4 weeks.
